Over a year, as we spent time talking and exploring various themes from our everyday lives, many questions began to come together. Through our conversations children found themes that fascinated them, and together we delved further into these ideas.
The following are some questions that children shared. The original is in Hindi, which I have translated into English.

What will be the difference between the villages of the past and of the future?
Why do most people live in villages and cities, and not the jungle?
(to self) When was your house in the village made, and who made it?
Will villages turn into cities? Why will this happen?
Why will the population of cities and villages increase in the future?
In the villages of the future, why won’t there be forests like there are today?
The houses of the future (in the village), will be solid- what materials will they be made of?
